With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude Ruth Seyler of Powassan, Ontario, who passed away on September 23, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Seyler; and her sisters, Alice Hauck and Marjorie Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, John (Manon), Heather Kearns (Keith), Marilyn Polkinghorne (late Eric), Sharon Seyler (Robert) and Joan Sargent (late Dave); her grandchildren, Amy Polkinghorne, Lindsay Cote (Chuck), Kayla Seyler (Mike), John-Travis Seyler, Melanie McCullagh (Patrick) and Laura Manganaro (Darren); her great grandchildren, Finnley, Ellie Cote, Immy, Kael Pregent, Theodore Hook and Vincent Manganaro; and her brother Ken. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
If desired, donations to the Alzeimer's Society and the North Bay Art Association will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
