He is survived by: his wife Laura Anne (Thompson); his children, Cheryl, Sheila Keays (Ernie) of Innisfil and Glenn R. Brookes of Trout Creek; his grandchildren, Denise, Ben, Tyler, Jeremy, Matthew and Brayden; and his siblings, Guy, Barry Brookes, Gene and Shirley Durkee.
