He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer (Robert Elliott); and his parents, May McVeety (Grawbarger) and Allan McVeety. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose (Laporte) of Powassan; his sons, Jeffrey McVeety and Mark McVeety (Suki); his grandchildren, Zack Harry and Madelin McVeety; and his siblings, Herb McVeety (Ann) and Betty Todoroff (Jack).
