He was predeceased by : his parents, Diane Prudhomme and Alfred Prudhomme; and his siblings, Marcel, Raymond, Gaetan, Denis, Art, Mavis, Louise, Susan and Yvette.

He is survived by : his wife Lori Anne (Rowe) of Powassan; his children, Lise Prudhomme of North Bay and Raymond Prudhomme of Calgary, AB.; and his siblings, Richard, Andre, Jean Paul, Jeanine, Roger, Diane and Lorraine.

As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Leo to the Canadian Cancer Society (cancer.ca) are suggested.
