In the sacred silence of farewell, Leonard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Veronica "Vonnie" (Fry) of Bear Valley; and his children, Jeffrey Farley (Carolyn) of Corbeil, Cathy Clelland (Scott) of Estevan, SK and Darren Farley (Cindy) of Hanmer. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paul Funeral Home (531 Main St, Powassan, ON P0H1Z0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at the Commanda Cemetery (3878 ON-522, Nipissing, ON P0H1J0).
