He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Geytenbeek (Cartlidge) and Gerald Van Geytenbeek. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Van Geytenbeek (Powassan) of Wasi Lake; his daughters, Shelley James (Greg) of Burlington and Jennifer Van Geytenbeek of Etobicoke; his grandchildren, Lydia, Alex and Matthew; and his sister Anne Newman (Tom) of Michigan.
