Daniel Saunders Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2026, at the age of 83, Daniel Saunders of Prescott, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel Saunders to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer'Babe" Saunders and Virginia Saunders; his granddaughter Hannah Walker; and his sisters, Diane McAuley and Mary "Sissy" Leblanc.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Saunders; his children, Danielle Ling (Jeff), Shelley Polegato (Richard) and Jason Saunders (Lucy); and his grandchildren, Matthew Saunders (Kayleigh), Sophia Saunders, Andrew Ling (Sarah), Daniel Walker, Sarah Ling Stephen (Chad) and Daniel Saunders. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the MacKay Funeral Home (416 Dibble St W, Prescott, ON K0E1T0).
