He is survived by: his wife Micheline Cook; his sons, David (Lorie) and Dan (Tabitha D'Souza); his grandchildren, Allison, Nathan, Norah, Adam and Renee; his siblings, Sharon Kent (David) and Jeff Cook (Janice); and his siblings-in-law, Lelah Cook, Diane Watling and Michel Seguin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
