She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Tozer; her parents, John Dugan and Katherine Dugan; and her sister Cindy Dugan. She is survived by: her children, Jason Witteveen (Chelsea) and Jordan Witteveen; her grandchildren, Carter (Addi), Sylas, Mayson and Autumn; and her siblings, Laura VanCamp (Kevin) and John Dugan (Sheila).
