Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Ross for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Batstone and Joan Batstone. He is survived by: his wife Edith Batstone; his children, Mark Batstone (Sandra), Laurie Greiner (Trever) and Krista Lang (Dave); and his sisters, Barbara Jenkins (Randy) and Carol Batstone (Jackie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Parish Hall (2540 Stagecoach Rd, Ottawa, ON K0A2W0). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (2540 Stagecoach Rd, Ottawa, ON K0A2W0).
