She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Froats and Pearl Froats; and her siblings, Della, Pauline, Lyal, Cecil and Carl.

She is survived by : her husband Doug Kirker; and her children, Kimberly (Greg), Darin, Richard and Lesley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
