He was predeceased by : the mother of his child Stacey Campbell; and his grandparents, Bello, Nora Kakegamic, Norman and Mary Meekis.

He is survived by : his parents, Warren Kakekagumick and Katherine Kakegamic; his siblings, Allindsey Kakekagumick, Isaac Kakegamic, Wendal Linklater and Kato Kakegamic; and his son Justice Kakegamic.
