She was predeceased by : her husband Mike Hazelwood. She is survived by : her children, Mike, Linda (Tamma), David (Karen), Susan and Chris (Cathy); her grandchildren, Jenn (Sean), Steph (Evan), Audrey (Andre), Sarah (Chris), Warren (Kimi), Maryann, Richard (Kaysha), Mikie and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Matt (Ashley), Evan, Ryan, Brayden, Juliana, Lorelai, Fynn, Makyla and Greylen.
