It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Petiquan (Red Lake, Ontario), who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Petiquan and Bertha Petiquan; his siblings, Robert, Tony, Herman Petiquan and Suzie Williams; his nephews, John Jay, Tony, Tommy James and Donny Petiquan; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Riffel, Jane Williams and Bill Petiquan (Maggie); his siblings' children, Della (Rich), Cheryl, Linda, Tina, Doug, Ricky, Michael, George, Tiffany, Autumn, Julie, Jada, Willow, Alissa and Dylan; his daughters, Delores (Dailen) and Diane Cobiness (Brian); his grandchildren, Stephane, Theron and Anthony; his great grandchildren, JJ, Shane, Sky, Serenity, Jamie, Silas, Hunter and River; and his caregiver Brian.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Community Church (100 Hammell Rd, Red Lake, ON P0V2M0). Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Wabauskang First Nation Community Hall. A wake was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at the Wabauskang Community Hall. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
