She was predeceased by: her husband Urban Agnew; her parents, Margaret Breen and Harold Breen; and her sisters, Ruth (Weldon McEachen) and Beverley (Bill O'Kane).
She is survived by: her children, Dan (Bernice), Larry (Anne Murray) and Marilyn (Tom Burnett); her grandchildren, Leah, Ryan (Courtney), Brendan (Graham), Liam Agnew and Jack; her great grandchild Auston Agnew; and her siblings, Barry (Sandra), Cathy (late Pat Quinlan) and Bonnie (Charlie). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and good friends.
Donations in memory of Anita may be made to Hospice Renfrew and Renfrew Food Bank.
