He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Greta Shields; his children, Pam Dougherty (Rob), Connie, Sherri and Allison Mulvihill (Layton); his grandchildren, Corey Dougherty (Tasha), Lindsay Rowan (Darren), Olivia and Hope; his great grandchildren, Mason, Griffin and Blake; his parents, Bradley Shields and Freda Shields; and his siblings, Elaine, Elwood, Elvira, Donalda, Armelda, Catherine, Colleen, Boyd and Mervine. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
