With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christel Bailey (Renfrew, Ontario), who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paddy Bailey; and her sister Brigitta. She is survived by: her children, Louis Neumann (Lisa) and Angela Bemister (Stephen); her grandchildren, Corry, Alex, Morgan, Ethan and Linden; and her sisters, Vera and Annita.
