He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Willard and Sylvia Willard; his son Ian David Willard; and his siblings, Ronald, Linda and Joyce.

He is survived by: his wife Lynda Jean Willard (Edgar); his brother Terrance Ormand Willard-Ferron (Sarah); his son Sean Andrew Willard (Pascale); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Ian Willard (Jordyn) and Alexandra Michelle Milligan (Brett). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Zohr Family Funeral Home -Renfrew (85 Munroe Ave E, Renfrew, ON K7V3K2). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Zohr Family Chapel (85 Munroe Ave E, Renfrew, ON K7V3K2). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Zohr Family Funeral Home -Renfrew (85 Munroe Ave E, Renfrew, ON K7V3K2).
