He is survived by: his wife Linda Tomilson; his child Leigh-Anne Steeves-Adam (Kevin Adam); his grandchildren, Jarren (Stephanie), Emmett (Emily), Caeden and Shayne; his siblings, Maria (Earl Lyon) and Michael (Claudette); and his sister-in-law Carol (Ronnie Cronkhite).

“Linda. Leigh-Anne and the rest of the gang. Condolences are not enough to offer a family that has suffered such a great loss. I only got to know George 6 years ago but I will miss him every day of the rest of my life. He was one of the best old farts I ever knew and life will never be the same for every body there and many people here. I can only say I wish I had got to know George 50 years ago but all I can say without doubt is I am glad for the short time I did know him. Love Brian and Sally”
