She is survived by : her husband Dave McIntyre; her children, Mary Teresa, Nancy (Shane McGlade), Cecilia (Edson Donnelly), Lucy (Myles Buttle), Donna (Bill Flynn), Neil (Sandra), Pat (Tricia), Michael (JoAnn) and Andrew (Melanie); her siblings, Teresa (late Mervin Bourne), Bernard (Esther), Hughie (Jeanette), Dan (Patsy), Joan (Carl Cybulski), Tim (Madeline) and Faustina (Winfried Thiele); and her sisters-in-law, Elaine (Ron Tracey), Mary O'Malley and Margie McIntyre.

Donations in Helen's memory may be made to St. Michael's Church or Renfrew Victoria Hospital.

“My condolences to Helen's Family and a Heartfelt condolence to Dave. She was truly a real Country Lady. My memories of Helen is she made me feel welcomed when I moved to Douglas and became her neighbor. She would drop by with her tasty Jams and Jelly. We would keep in touch and talk about our families and what's new. We would wave when we seen each other at our mailbox's in the morning. Helen you are loved by many, I will miss you my friend.
