He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy MacGregor and Isabel MacGregor; his daughter Jane Whyte; his siblings, Jean Beauprie and Robert MacGregor; his brothers-in-law, Donald Beauprie and David Feindel; and his nephew Adam Feindel.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Peter Feindel; his wife Mary (Feindel); his children, Alex, Anne Freemark and Robert (Mary-Jo); his children-in-law, Kerry and Maureen Whyte; his grandchildren, Shannon (Michel Villeneuve), Isaac, Maureen (Bob Angell), Sam, Levi, Ian, Mackenzie and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Cassidy, Lochlyn and Isobel; his nieces and nephews, Laura Kollenberg (Klaus), Deidre Feindel, Hilary Feindel, Roderick Beauprie (Liz) and Dr. Ian Beauprie (Grianne); and his friend Gary Scott.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Renfrew Victoria Hospital - Oncology unit or Trinity St. Andrews United Church, Renfrew.
