He was predeceased by : his wife Donna; and his son Mark. He is survived by : his children, Droughn (Denise), Lynn-Marie Kavanagh (Tim) and John (Lisa); his grandchildren, Murray, Amanda (Adam Jensen) and Jessie; his great grandchildren, Logan, Ingrid, Jacob and Arlo; and his siblings, Ed Zavitski (Barb) and Betty Ross (Chuck).

Donations in memory of Keith may be made to the Calabogie Food Bank or Hospice Renfrew.
