Rita Berniece (Coady) Colterman Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 23, 2025, at the age of 99, Rita Berniece (Coady) Colterman (Renfrew, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas John Coady and Mary Carroll; her husband Clarence; her granddaughter Jenna; her son-in-law Frank Fuisz; and her brothers, Joe (Alma), Ray (Rose) and Gerald (Anna).

She is survived by: her children, Anne Fuisz (Bob Miller), Bernadette Culhane (late Tom), Tom (Kareen), Terry (Colleen) and Gary (Sandra); her grandchildren, Allison (Ralph Dorsey), April (Dave Gallagher), Paula (Dwayne Lalonde), Shannon (Grant Verch) and Benjamin; and her sisters-in-law, Dallas O'Conner and Lois Hill. She is also survived by her 7 great-grandchildren, her many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Rita may be made to the Family and Friends Council at the Grove Arnprior or the DACA Center.
