Shirley Forrest Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2025, at the age of 89, Shirley Forrest (Renfrew, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Barr and Della Barr; and her husband Earl Forrest. She is survived by: her children, Susan, Harold Gilchrist, Brian, Ken and Pat McGuire; her grandchildren, Sherry, Rob Kerr, Chris, Sylvia Sante', Steven, AnnetteLouis and Jackie Forrest; and her sister-in-law Irene Rathwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Zohr Family Funeral Home -Renfrew (85 Munroe Ave E, Renfrew, ON K7V3K2). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Castleford Union Cemetery (3438 River Rd, Renfrew, ON K7V3Z8).
