She was predeceased by: her husband John Scott; and her siblings, Jacqueline (Bill Lothian), Linda (Frank Roberts), John (Shirley), Mary (Ray Scott), Sheila (Ron Hickey) and Joan (Ivan LaBonte).
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Zeppieri, Michael Scott, Claire Scott, Cathy (Walker Eady), David Scott (Anne Clarke) and Marnie Scott (Robin Edwards); her grandchildren, Miranda, Robert, Lisa (Justin Turner), Michael, Ryan (Erin), Megan (Matt Hrehoriak), Cas, Autumn, Mike and Dave Amorini; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Nora, Koen and Georgia; her sibling Roddy MacDougall (Judy); and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Cavanagh and Heather Scott.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Horton Community Center (1005 Castleford Rd, Renfrew, ON K7V1T9). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (300 County Rd 8, Lakefield, ON K0L2H0).
Donations in memory of Winnifred may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Epilepsy Ontario.
