With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adam Fava (Richmond Hill, Ontario), who passed away on November 11, 2020 at the age of 38. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Adam Fava to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Tony Fava. He is survived by : his mother Kathy Connors; his siblings, Angela Siconolfi (Brian) and Domenic Scarmato (Melyssa); his nephew Anthony; and his stepfather Danny Scarmato. He is also survived by his many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and his many friends.

Due to COVID 19, a visitation will be held by invitation only, with cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
