She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Gordon Calvester Francis of St. Barnabas, Barbados.; her children, Jacqueline Marlyn Roberts (Oswald), Leroy (Anne), Wendy, Christopher, Mike (Calgary), Gordon Jr. (Glace Bay), Angela and Karen Kebede (Mengiste); her grandchildren, Myles, Catherine Roberts, Craig Francis (Ruby), Mark Francis, Lela and Nile Kebede; and also, Owen, Ella and Ajay Francis.
