“In loving memory of Brian Alan Penrose, Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss. We are deeply sadden by his passing. Brian was a close friend and my defence partner while he was at Laurentian U. He was a great hockey player and leader as he was selected as captain in his final year.. During the past years since retirement, we rekindled that friendship and had gone to hockey games and on occasion played golf with other LU hockey alumni. I will miss him dearly.”

“Brian was one of the best bosses I ever had at P&G. He was a great leader who knew how to motivate his team especially when times were tough. He was also fantastic in front of the customer. I think his size and gravely voice made them afraid of him - little did they know he was just a big pussy cat. I have many fond memories of my time on his team. He always took care of his people which made his team fiercely loyal. I will miss him dearly. Hope he’s in heaven shooting his age.”
