He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Millar (Kinnell); and his parents, Gretha Millar and Sidney Millar. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Mike), Julia (Stéphane) and James (Ellie); his siblings, Lillian Paul (Jack), Nelson Millar (Masayo) and Kenneth Cavanagh; and his stepfather Kenneth Cavanagh. He is also survived by in-laws, and all of his nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the King Chapter of the Oak Ridges Trail Association or All Saints Anglican Church, King City.
