He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Leone Marshall (Parker); his children, Karen (Jim Sullivan) and Drew Marshall; his great grandchildren, Jack (Kirren (Virdee) Sullivan), Kate Sullivan (Matthew Gottschling) and Joshua (Rebecca (Smith) Marshall); his sisters, Eleanor (Bill McIntosh) and Anne (Roy Manser); Nora, Elora, Hudson, Finn, Jessica (Mike Caverhill) and Colter.
His contributions to the community were many, including the Richmond Hill Lions Club, Richmond Hill Ecumenical Homes and St. Matthews United Church.
