He was predeceased by : his parents, Joy Madden and Ernest Madden; and his wife Mary. He is survived by : his daughter Stacey Madden Procyk; his grandson Jack; his brother Patrick (Sherry); his son Ken Procyk; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Big Jack, Jacko and Julian.

In lieu of the celebration of life that cannot take place due to the pandemic, a proper farewell will take place in June 2021 at the family cottage.
