She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard; her son Michael; and her siblings, Jack, Tom, Margaret and Rita.
She is survived by: her children, John (Brigitte), Joe, Bernice (Mark) and Jeff (Christine); her grandchildren, Elise, David, William, Rachel, Reed and Brock; and her brother Norm.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made in Phyllis's memory to the Arthritis Society of Canada or the Mackenzie Health Foundation.
