We bid farewell to Sofia Mary Riswick (Richmond Hill, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 5, 2026 at the age of 97. Sofia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cockburn and Elizabeth Cockburn; and her grandson Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Erik (Gail), Alistair (Wende), Ian, Melanie (Brian) and Steven (Andrea); her grandchildren, Aaron, James (Sarah), Trish, Austin (Jasmine), John, Josh, Thomas and Mya; and her great grandchild Finn Riswick.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (10366 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C3B8). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
