He is survived by: his wife Lis Olsen; his daughters, Betty (Luis), Nancy and Wendy (Tom); his grandsons, Christian, Geoffrey (Aaryn), Mathew (Alice) and Neil; and his great grandchildren, Aidi and Nathan.
