He is survived by : his children, Larry (Liz) of Chatham, Theresa Matheson (Norm) of Sudbury, Mary Catherine Zaleski (Brian McNeil) of London, Joan McCauley (Herb) of Erieau and Anne Zaleski of Toronto; his adoptive son Jorge Valdivia (Deb); his grandchildren, Melissa (Chad), Shannon (Phil), Chris, Paige (Martin), Tyler (Terri), Molly, Emma, Alisana, Megan (Matt), John, Caitlin, Lara, Amanda and Julia; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Layla, Sophia, Nash, Miles, Theo and Hexton; his siblings, Betty McGonigal (Dennis), Emil Zaleski (Mary) and Elsie McGonigal (Tom); and his sibling-in-law Leni Kalman (late Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
