She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Gilbert and Mary Gilbert (West); her husband Paul Martin; her siblings, Margaret Fraser, Fred Gilbert (late Helen) and George Gilbert (late Dorothy); and her friend Kevin Mailloux.

She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Brent Gilbert (Adrienne) of Palmerston, Marcia Gilbert of Ridgetown, Vickie (Ron Mandeno) of Ridgetown and Donald Gilbert (Nancy) of Blenheim; and her close friend Rev. Merv Tubb. She is also survived by great nieces, and a great nephew as well as many great-great nieces and nephews.

The Bereavement Authority has mandated that all attendees wear a mask.
