He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Elford and Lillian Elford; his wife Audrey Elford; his sister Eunice; and his nephews, Glenn and Dave.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Elford and Mark Elford; his sister Norma Vickory (Wayne); and his sibling's children, Gayle (Dave), Gary (Ellie), Janet, Diane (Wayne), Carol, Nancy, Doug and Perry.
