He was predeceased by : his brother Kyle (Rachel). He is survived by : his wife Jen; his children, Reece, Rory and Drennan; his sister Michelle; his nephews, Brennan (Michele), Blaine and Breck; his great-nephew Ryker; and his parents, Margaret and Jim. He is also survived by his many friends, co-workers.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that all attendees wear a mask.

Donations made by cheque in memory of Neill to a fund for his children (cheques payable to Jennifer Rainey) would be appreciated.
