He was predeceased by: his former wife Sandra; his brother Ken; his stepsiblings, Lee Emmerton and Diane McLeod; his parents, Eunice Emmerton (Wib) and Wilmer McGillivray; and his in-laws, John Collins and Debbie McGillivray.
He is survived by: his significant other Janice; his children, Kelly (David), Kristy and Matthew; his brother Rick McGillivray; his stepbrothers, Bob and Steve Emmerton; and his in-laws, Marlene Collins, Margie and David Lochhead. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, friends.
