She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Colling; her parents, Marjorie Thompson (Nicholson) and Howard Thompson; her daughters, Susan Tesseris and Marjorie Humphrey; her brother Bert Thompson; her brothers-in-law, Clarke and Carrick Colling; and her in-laws, John and Violet Colling.

She is survived by: her children, John D., Kathy Colling of Kincardine, Nancy, Robert Cumming of Port Elgin, Mary, Aaron Hackett of Lucknow, Laurie and Mike Gallant of Huron-Kinloss; her sons-in-law, George Tesseris and George Humphrey; her grandchildren, Mike, Mitch Colling, Sonya Schmidt, Shannon Gallie, Amanda McTeer and Tyler Cumming; her sister-in-law Jean Colling; Doug Moore.
