He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacques Proulx and Georgette Proulx; and his sister Claudette Proulx. He is survived by: his wife Sylvie Proulx; his children, Tracy Nitschke (Goce), Stephanie Nitschke (Sunny), Sarah Nitschke, Maryse Guindon and Karen Nitschke (Shawn); his grandchildren, Paetyn, Alysha, Greyson, Emma, Issa, Lydia, Ethan, Gabriel, Noah, Myah and Haylie; and his siblings, Richard Proulx (Diane), Michel Proulx, Monique Proulx (Jean-Marc) and Diane Proulx. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.

All guest must wear a mask and follow all other instructions.
