He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thomas Kingdon and Mary Robina Kingdon. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kingdon; his daughters, Carolyn (Matt) and Heather (Glenn); his stepson Stephen; his grandchildren, Ethan, Brendan, Emma S, Bailey and Emma J.; his sister Mary Anne; his brother-in-law Dick; and his nephews, Craig and Joe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Waterloo Regional Health Network Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
