He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his son Christopher; and his siblings, Jan and Ina. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela, Nicole (Jim) and Tanya (JD); his grandchildren, Isaac (Hannah), Leah, Lucas and Nathan; and his close friend Jojo.
