He was predeceased by : his parents, Patrick and Eileen; his parents-in-law, Ken and Doreen; his siblings, Colin, Paul and Stella; his brothers-in-law, Frank and Murray; and his nephew Frankie.

He is survived by : his wife Andrea Carter (Overboe); his sons, Jason (Stephanie) and Jake (Amanda); his grandchildren, Elaina, Blake, Evey, Amelia and Emma; his siblings, Marg (Mike), Carol, Bob, Janet (Darrell), Jimmy (Patty) and Kenny (Donna); his cousin Bill; and also, Dave, Penny, Lorraine, Graham and Jim.

Details regarding a Celebration of Frank's life will be finalized after Covid 19 restrictions are lifted.

If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
