She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Amelia, Matteo and Joey; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Cynthia Mastrandrea; her siblings, Brenda Hertler (Greg), Erica Douglas (Chris) and Bill Douglas; her nieces, Bianca, Brianne and Victoria; her nephew Cameron; her uncle Ron Douglas (Pam); and her parents, John Douglas and Victoria Douglas.
In honour of Amber, memorial contributions may be made to an education fund to be established for her children.
