She was predeceased by: her husband John Skene; and her brothers, Andrew, John, Mike and Nick.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Barbara Epp (Ben), Deborah Cameron (Gerry) and Curt (late Brad); and her siblings, Bill, Euphemia, Nancy and Olga. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
