He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Carlucci and Judy Carlucci; his sister Jennifer Carlucci (Kenzie); his child Jordyn Cooper-Carlucci; his grandmother Mary Carlucci; Tianna Cooper. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
