He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bronislawa Posavac and Steve Posavac; and his uncle Robert Zerebecki. He is survived by: his parents, Iwona Zerebecka and Jose Sosa-Cardenas; his sister Martha Aguiar (Devin); his uncles, Wojtek Zerebecki and Darek Zerebecki; his aunt Jola Zerebecka; and his grandmother Amparo Cardenas. He is also survived by many friends and coworkers.

Donations in memory of Daniel made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be sincerely appreciated.
