It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Annette (Mussell) Phillips (Saint-Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert Mussell; and her brother Brian. She is survived by: her spouse Blair M. Phillips; her children, Raymond Phillips (Jolene) and Katie Forget (Alain); her grandchildren, Elsa, Zofia, Callahan and Tony Mae; her mother Viola Mussell; and her siblings, Dianne (Tom), Cheryl (Dave), Bob (Dee) and Doug.

In lieu of donations and to educate Canadians on how to significantly reduce Cancer, the family suggests reading Dr. Colin T. Campbell's book,"The China Study" 2016 from Blackstone Publishing.
