With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Theodore Forde (Saint-Catharines, Ontario), who passed away on March 17, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Robert, Norma and Margaret. He is survived by : his spouse Jan; his children, John (Lori), Ted and Christina; his grandchildren, Ethen, Josiah, Malaki, Ackeil, Theodore and Tayshaun; and his siblings, Charles (Ingrid) and Grace.

As per the Province of Ontario Covid-19 regulations - numbers are limited to 30% building capacity and funeral attendance is limited to 65 guests.
